This is what your 10 days inside Summer Strong actually look like

Hey Reader,

I want to show you something.

Because I know what you're thinking. It sounds beautiful — the strength training, the guided meditations, the nourishing food, the yoga. But how does it actually fit into a real life? A busy life? A life with work and children and a thousand things that need you?

I designed Summer Strong specifically to answer that question. Not just as a program, but as a blueprint. Ten days of showing you — in your own body and your own schedule — that it is possible to fit in all the things. The movement. The nourishment. The stillness. Every single day.

Here's what your 10 days actually look like:

✦ THE PREP WEEKEND — JUNE 12, 13 & 14

Your on-ramp. Three sessions with me where I walk you through everything — the strength movements with full modifications, the nutrition plan, and a yoga session to open your body and your mind. These sessions are a little longer because I want you to arrive on Monday feeling completely prepared and completely confident.

By Sunday evening you will have your kitchen stocked, your meals prepped for the week ahead, and everything you need to start strong on Monday.

✦ THE ACTIVE PROGRAMME — JUNE 15 TO 21

This is your week. And here is exactly what each day looks like:

That's it. That's the whole thing.

A few minutes of stillness in the morning. A short, powerful workout. Beautiful food. Some steps. Ten minutes of reflection. An early night.

What this program is really teaching you is not just how to be stronger or eat better for 10 days. It's showing you that this life — this nourished, strong, intentional life — actually fits. That you have the time. That you are worth the time.

The discipline and commitment you bring to these 10 days will ripple into every other area of your life. Your energy at work. Your patience with your family. Your confidence in your body. Your belief in what's possible.

Women from Singapore to the Caribbean have already said yes. They looked at this and said — I can do this.

Can you?

Ten days. One decision. Let's do this together.

With so much love,

Sharon 💛

Live Fit. Live Life. Live Love.

P.S. — The women already inside are not superhuman. They are busy, real, imperfect women who decided that ten days was worth it. So are you.. Kingston only. First come, first served. If this is calling you — don't wait.

Hey Reader, Today I want to talk about food. Because I know that for many of you, the question isn't just whether you'll move your body. It's whether you'll actually eat differently. Sustainably. In a way that doesn't feel like punishment. Let me tell you exactly how we eat inside Summer Strong — and more importantly, why. FIRST — THE WHY. THE SCIENCE THAT WILL CHANGE HOW YOU THINK ABOUT FOOD FOREVER. As women move through their 40s and beyond, estrogen levels begin to decline. And one of the...

Hey Reader, I have a confession to make. For years I taught women to eat the way I was eating — mostly plant-based, whole foods, minimal animal protein. I believed in it completely. I wrote a whole cookbook about it. And here's the thing — eating that way in my 20s and 30s? Probably fine. But in my 40s, in the thick of perimenopause, my body needed something completely different. And I had absolutely no idea. I was working out consistently. And yet I couldn't build muscle no matter how hard I...

Hey Reader, I want to tell you something I don't talk about enough. When I was around 45, I started falling apart. And I had absolutely no idea why. My energy — which had always been my superpower — started stopping me dead in my tracks every single afternoon. Did I rest? No. I drank more coffee and kept going. Because that's what we do, right? Then my moods started shifting in ways that honestly frightened me. I was short with my children when they didn't deserve it. Crying at the drop of a...
